This Cookie Policy explains how Zymbler uses cookies and similar technologies to recognise you, secure the service, and improve it.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're used to make sites work, work better, or report on usage. We also use related tech (local storage, pixels) under the umbrella term "cookies" in this policy.
Required for the site to function — session, auth, security, CSRF protection. These can't be disabled.
Remember your settings (language, theme). Disabling these means you'll need to set preferences each visit.
We use PostHog to understand how people find and use Zymbler. On this website it runs without cookies: nothing is stored on your device, and visits are counted with an anonymous code that PostHog works out on its own servers. No cross-site profiles.
In the Zymbler app, once you sign in, PostHog keeps an identifier in your browser's local storage so we can see how the product is used, for example whether a new account connected WhatsApp. PostHog processes this data for us in the United States.
On the marketing site we may use cookies from advertising partners (LinkedIn Insight, Meta Pixel) to measure ad performance. These are opt-in in regions where consent is required.
Some cookies are set by third parties on our behalf (e.g. our analytics provider, payment processor, support chat widget). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We only work with providers that meet a baseline standard.
We may update this Cookie Policy as our tooling evolves. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
