These Terms govern your access to and use of Zymbler. By signing up, you agree to them.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Amraw Labs("we", "us"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these rules. For abuse cases (spam, fraud, illegal content), we may act immediately.
You retain ownership of all data you bring into Zymbler("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to operate the Service.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process Customer Data, including any consent required from your contacts (e.g. WhatsApp opt-ins).
Zymbleruses AI to draft replies, classify leads, and generate summaries. AI output can be wrong, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for high-stakes decisions.
We do not use Customer Data to train shared AI models without your explicit opt-in.
We may offer trials or free tiers. We may modify or discontinue them at any time, with reasonable notice for active users.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own (and not less than a reasonable standard).
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scale-plan customers receive an explicit SLA. We're not liable for outages caused by force majeure or third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach, with notice where reasonable. On termination, Customer Data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted (see Privacy Policy).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India — unless mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product at least 30 days before they take effect.
