Each plan covers normal use for a business its size. Only your agent’s replies count, not your team’s. If your agent regularly goes far beyond that, we’ll get in touch about a plan that fits. It won’t stop replying without warning.
To keep your agent replying after the 14 days, choose a plan. Your inbox, chats and contacts stay.
You do, straight to Meta. Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account at its own rates, and we add no markup. Each business number gets 1,000 free service messages (replies to customers) a month. Since 1 October 2026, Meta charges for each one after that. If your WhatsApp account has no payment method, Meta stops delivering them once the free 1,000 are used. Add a payment method or estimate your Meta fees.
Monthly plans: cancel any time. Yearly plans: the price is locked for 12 months. You can cancel any time, and the plan stays active until the year ends, then doesn’t renew. We don’t refund the remaining months.
For now every plan is paid by invoice, monthly or yearly. Prices in India are plus GST.
